Before and After: Bernard Street

We hosted an excellent open house on Sunday! Thank you to everyone who stopped by!

Of course, no renovation would be complete without before and after pictures. Here you go!

Cabinets painted, all new appliances, new backsplash, new faucet, all new lighting.

Original hardwoods cleaned up, new feature wall with salvaged NC barn wood, every surface (top to bottom) painted, up-scale barrel lighting in all rooms.

Desk nook with task lighting.

Barn-door sliders replaced the old mirrored closet doors in both bedrooms.

Tired, dirty bathroom now sparkling clean with refreshed paint, mirror, lights, and some fixtures.

Refinished the original cast-iron tub, glazed tile for a fresh, clean look. Frosted the bottom window for privacy while taking a shower.

Cleaned and stained patio. Painted and stained foundation and stairs. All new landscaping featuring gardenias and camellias that love the morning sun.
